Banquet Menu

The banquet menu at Harpa tonight is as follows:

  1. Icelandic bay scallops from Breiðafjörður, puré of eggs, pecorino
  2. Icelandic lamb fillet, smoked tomatoes, bok choy, gremolata
  3. Chocolate, sour cream, blueberries
